Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery Policy Our goal is fast, safe delivery of your order with a minimum of fuss or hassle. Within the UK, delivery on orders is free. If you are outside the UK, our delivery policies vary by country and region. Please contact us for exact details. While we aim to release all orders for delivery as quickly as possible, certain orders may be flagged for additional fraud checks by our payment partners. Should this happen we may experience a 24-72 hour delay before your payment can be approved. We will not ready an order for delivery until payment has been confirmed. Cancellation Policy Once your payment has been received you have 24 hours to cancel this order as goods are dispatched straight away or once payment is completed you cannot cancel this order, if you are unhappy once you receive the goods then please follow our returns procedure. Returns Policy Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 7 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions: - Items are returned carriage paid.
- Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
- Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition.
- Items returned after 7 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you. All returns are to be accompanied by the sender's name and address, order reference number and reason for return. Please help us to help you. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are not delivered to us. Please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier. Calsport are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts. Please advise our Company of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.
